General Requirements

  • Completed GCE O’ Level
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in related field
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Job Specification

  • Assist in carrying out the day-to-day activities involved in the general and local procurement process
  • Coordinate with hospital stores team for any shortages or non-delivery/availability
  • To physically collect quotations and pick-up stocks/items when needed
  • Oversee and coordinate the rejected / expiry goods return to respective supplier
  • Assist in documents filing, procurement administrative tasks, etc.
  • Assist in completing daily assignments, meet deadlines with accuracy, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Completion of other relevant tasks assigned by the Department Head
