Completed GCE O’ Level
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in related field
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Specification
Assist in carrying out the day-to-day activities involved in the general and local procurement process
Coordinate with hospital stores team for any shortages or non-delivery/availability
To physically collect quotations and pick-up stocks/items when needed
Oversee and coordinate the rejected / expiry goods return to respective supplier
Assist in documents filing, procurement administrative tasks, etc.
Assist in completing daily assignments, meet deadlines with accuracy, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Completion of other relevant tasks assigned by the Department Head
