Practice Manager,
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Organize and maintain own workload.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Hiring, training and supervising administrative staff.
Collaborating with the management of the practice to develop and assess business strategies.
Taking and monitoring inventory and placing orders for resupply.
Ensuring the day to activities complies with the regulations of the practice.
Supervising appointment systems that work well for clients and clinicians
Managing finances, including budgets and payroll.
Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly income generated and reporting to respected parties.
Leading and overlooking the work of the administrative department.
Interacting with clients and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Handling social media and responding to the messages received through it.
Ensuring accurate records are kept.
Overseeing accurate management of assessment tools/items and maintaining inventory of assessment tools.
Collaborate with IT personal/team to dissemination of awareness messages/practice promotion through various media platforms.
Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
Conduct staff (non-clinical) training when necessary
Provide team consultations when necessary.
Participate and assist in research conducted at the organization.
Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain confidentiality of clients/overall clinic.
Adhere to the values of the organization.
Attending and arranging internal and external meetings
Representing Thibaa at Events and Projects.
