At Intour and Roam Maldives, we think that marketing begins with people, so we’re looking for ideal marketing professionals to join our expanding department. The ideal candidates for our team will have experience and interest in marketing activities, as well as a creative mindset for helping us remain fresh and competitive. Intour and Roam will rely on the individual team members' ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Roles 

Assist in developing and implementing the company’s currently evolving brand strategy. 

Working together to Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends. 

Continually seek new sources of inspiration and information and provide recommendations to marketing and sales leadership. 

Responsibilities 

  • Day to Day social media management for Intour and Roam. 
  • Website Updates for Intour and Roam. 
  • Write content for and send the Newsletter weekly. Update the newsletter database with new contact lists. 
  • Copywriting for website blogs. 
  • Content Ideation and collaborative creation (Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects) 
  • Keeping Resort Folders Updated with the images + proactively search for the latest news and images from Industries. 
  • Communicating with resorts for marketing purposes, approvals and requests. 
  • Gifting and FAM trip personalization 
  • Pre-Fair Preparations. 
  • Customs Clearance and Stock. (Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary) 
  • PR support (Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements) 
  • Suggesting Improvements to workflow for maximum productivity (Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement).
