1. Manage the Managing director calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks. 2. Screen and respond to incoming emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the MD, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. 3.Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and other engagements. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the MD and other key stakeholders. 5. Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments, external partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and official functions, providing logistical support and coordination as needed. 7. Conduct research, compile data, and analyze information to support the MD in decision-making and strategic planning. 8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism. 9. Maintain office organization, file management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. 10. Anticipate the needs of the MD, proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide high-quality support to enhance the MD's effectiveness. |
