Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER – FOOD & BEVERAGE

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager – Food & Beverage to lead our team and oversee the seamless coordination between the kitchen and Restaurant operations.           

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily operations across both kitchen and dining areas
  • Lead, train, and support kitchen and service staff.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, menu planning, and cost control
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism
  • Monitor budgets, labor efficiency, and overall performance
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B management (both FOH & BOH)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of kitchen operations and front-of-house service
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality experiences
  • Flexible to work under pressure and long hours

 Remuneration:             MVR 15K plus service charge & performance bonus.
