Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER – FOOD & BEVERAGE
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager – Food & Beverage to lead our team and oversee the seamless coordination between the kitchen and Restaurant operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily operations across both kitchen and dining areas
- Lead, train, and support kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, menu planning, and cost control
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism
- Monitor budgets, labor efficiency, and overall performance
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B management (both FOH & BOH)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of kitchen operations and front-of-house service
- Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality experiences
- Flexible to work under pressure and long hours
Remuneration: MVR 15K plus service charge & performance bonus.
