KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll;
controlling correspondences.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are
invoiced and paid on time.
• Design and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
• Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.
• Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline and promoting staff development.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive office environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in an office environment
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
