We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to manage vessel-related documentation, contracts, and insurance, while also supporting HR and day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities.
Handle all MIT-related daily administrative work
Maintain and renew government documents for supply boats & speedboats
Update and manage vessel insurance records and docking schedules
Keep vessel-related contracts up to date and coordinate renewals with Accounts
Provide administrative support for MIT staff HR processes
Requirements.
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Previous experience in administrative roles (knowledge of vessel/transport admin is a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
