Job Description

General Requirements

• 1 - 2 years certificate or associate program
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work and thrive in pressure situations
• Excellent listening and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel)

 

Job Specification

• Transcribe medical reports, summaries, and other medical documents from Radiologist
• Maintain and analyzing various medical records(radiology) and prepare documents
• Familiar with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure as well as medical jargons and abbreviations for accuracy
• Identify and follow up on inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a transcribed report
• Submit transcriptions to doctors and technicians for their approval in a timely manner
• Perform additional tasks such as following up and revising patient history, as well as entering medical reports into electronic health records systems
• Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements
