CANDIDATE PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee, enhance, execute, and uphold all General Claims activities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Contribute to enhancing the company's operational efficiency by effectively liaising with other departments, including underwriting, re-takaful and sales.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers through attentive, adaptable, and timely handling of their inquiries and concerns related to claims.
  • Take charge of the daily assessment and evaluation of General Takaful Claims.
  • Play a pivotal role in contributing to the decision-making process regarding the technical aspects of operations.
  • Attain established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for General Claims while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in an insurance-related field.
  • Accumulation of at least 10 years of experience within the insurance sector, preferably within a takaful company.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in general claims.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Takaful Certificate terms, conditions, warranties, and exclusions is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Positive outlook, drive for professional growth, and commitment to contributing to the success and culture of the company.
  • Possessing a positive outlook and a drive for professional growth, with a commitment to contributing to the success and culture of the company.
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exposure to multinational environments would be advantageous

 

REMUNERATION

  • Salary Negotiable
