General Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR related functions; at least 2 years in a Managerial role
  • Competency to build and efficiently manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, presentation, negotiation, employee-coaching and decision-making skills
  • Excellent computer skills

Job Specification

  • Conduct orientation and trainings for new and existing staff
  • Develop multimedia visual aids, training manuals and presentations
  • Design Learning & Development practices, including the development of internal training programs
  • Implement and deliver programs and processes to develop needed skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Create and foster a continuous learning environment that challenges and engages our workforce
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that would drive consistent high performance
  • Probation review of the new employees
  • Outstandingly perform any other special assignments given by the Director of Human
