Sales Commission and Performance-based allowances
To be responsible for telephone, email, and on-site technical support for 9T9 Business Solutions’ customers
Carry out software, hardware, and networking technical support as required by the customer under service contracts between the customer and 9T9 Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
To assist customers in troubleshooting problems with their systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, and make recommendations for repairs and corrections where required
To assist in the setup, maintenance and removal of user network accounts where appropriate. However accessing and making changes to servers are allowed for senior technicians and superiors only.
To ensure the Mean Time to Repair is kept to a minimum
To Carry out routine computers and network maintenance tasks as per the service standards or as may be assigned by supervisors from time to time
To ensure routine dust cleaning of computers is done.
Ensure service logs are updated as soon as the task is completed or the visit is finished.
To carry out verification of all technical support calls
To be responsible to keep a high standard in the provision of technical support to customers
To be familiar with the network infrastructure (computers, cables, modems, patch panels, hubs, switches, routers, etc.) and all other materials and systems required for the sale of goods and services by 9T9 Business Solutions
Ensure Company Procedures are followed in the provision of telephone and Onsite technical support to customers
To guide junior staff to make them familiar with network infrastructure (computers, cables, modems, routers, servers, UPS, cameras, biometric products, access control systems and other items)
To assist the engineering team in the repair and maintenance of 9T9 Business Solution’s network infrastructure to maintain uptime and service standards.
To carry out technical tasks required in 9T9 Business Solutions’ offices and outlets if assigned by the manager
