Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about IT systems, troubleshooting, and delivering efficient solutions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees, including desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
Install and configure hardware and software for usability.
Manage user accounts and permissions, including setting up new users and modifying access rights.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, internet, and email issues.
Log IT support issues and track them until resolution.
Identify IT system/tool shortages and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus, and other security measures.
Assist senior IT officers with tasks and projects.
Handle any additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and network protocols.
Ability to respond quickly and provide effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to new technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Apps and administration is an added benefit.
