Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Support
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to office staff and site teams (onsite and remote).
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, internet connections, and Wi-Fi systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain servers, backup systems, and cloud services.
Construction Site IT Support
• Set up temporary site offices with necessary IT infrastructure.
• Ensure stable internet connectivity at project locations.
• Support construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, project management systems, ERP).
• Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and access control systems if applicable.
Security & Data Management
• Implement cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, data encryption).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems.
• Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
Systems & Software Administration
• Assist in ERP system maintenance and user support.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and procurement.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and licensing records.
• Recommend system upgrades and technology improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2–4 years of IT support experience (construction industry experience preferred).
• Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
