ވަޒީފާގެ ތަފްޞީލު

The inventory officer is responsible for monitoring and ordering of stock required for all internal and external customers
Working with General and part sales to identify the requirement for all products when placing stock orders
Ensuring all procurement procedures is followed when processing the purchase requisitions
Liaising with the procurement department until the orders are delivered, identifying and solving any issues that may arise
Liaising with the finance division for order approvals and managing the supplier's credit and payments until processed
Communicating effectively with suppliers during the order placement process until the orders are delivered
Assisting or carrying out the tasks assigned during the quarterly and annual stock count and reconciliation as assigned by the supervisor
Maintaining proper documentation of all orders, updating the required files of internal and external and other administrative task assigned by the supervisor
Providing regular feedback and updates on the assigned tasks to the supervisor
Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
