GCE A’ Level or above
Minimum 1-2 years work experience in related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong writing and customer service relations skills, professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
Job Specification
Responsible for ensuring that all work permits and business visas for new staff are applied as soon as an employee completes pre-onboarding requirements from Recruitment
Ensure all work visa renewals and extensions for existing expatriate staff are carried out ahead of expiry dates
Ensure that all expatriate staff information is updated on a daily basis
Initiate, review and submit visa applications to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with the government’s legal regulations
Ensure that record keeping and reporting requirements are maintained
Maintain accurate and up-to-date confidential staff records including passport information, and visa statuses
Assist staff with visa-related queries and issues
Assist with onboarding of new staff and ensure that all information entered on Fusion is accurate
Provide effective and efficient administrative support system to other departments
Any other HR related work assigned by the Head of the Department
