General Requirements
GCE A’ Level or above
Minimum 1-2 years work experience in related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong writing and customer service relations skills, professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
Job Specification
Responsible for ensuring that all work permits and business visas for new staff or guests are applied as soon as an employee accepts the offer letter or when request is received
Responsible for ensuring all renewal of visas are carried out ahead of expiry dates
Ensure that all expatriate staff information is updated on a daily basis
Initiate, oversee and complete the registration and licensing process for all clinical staff in a timely manner to facilitate the operational requirements
Ensure that record keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained
Coordinate with Recruitment Team to ensure that the employment contract, job description and complete employee personnel file is checked and prepared prior to the joining of successful candidates
Responsible for staff on-boarding and ensuring that all information entered on Fusion is accurate
Any other HR related work assigned by the Head of the Department
