General Requirements
A’ Level or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 - 3 years’ work experience in Human Resources
Familiar with Expat Immigration System
Dynamic personality and able to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
Problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
Good in MS Office (Excel)
Job Specification
Coordinate with Recruitment team to ensure that the Employment Contract, MRF, Job Description and a complete Employee Personnel File are prepared prior to the joining of successful candidates.
Ensure to obtain the confirmation regarding joining of candidates.
Coordinate with HR team regarding the Visa application and accommodation, and after joining, ensure that all formalities are on track if not yet completed.
Prepare employment letter/other correspondences upon employee request within the guideline of the Company.
Prepare Job Description for new hire Employees and promoted employees.
Support the department and management with implementing innovative and the current best practices for the processes related to Employee On-boarding, Probation Evaluation, Employee Data Management.
