KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct training programs to enhance staff skills and growth.
• Assist in performance management processes to align with company goals.
• Assist in administering payroll and benefits in compliance with regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and collaborative work
environment.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Provide support for HR projects and day-to-day activities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Completed O level / A level
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
REMUNERATION
• MVR 8,000 – 12,000 depending on qualifications and experience
