1. Role Overview
The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead Stay Islands' revenue generation and market growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, expanding distribution partnerships, developing compelling brand content, and promoting Stay Islands across key source markets through both digital and traditional channels. This position will play a central role in the launch of Stay Islands’ Destination Management Company (DMC) operations, as well as support the rollout of future properties and managed guesthouses.

This role will be based at the Stay Islands HQ in Malé and will collaborate closely with the reservations team, property managers, and MGH Group departments including IT, Design, and Finance. Occasional travel to properties or trade shows may be required.
