General Requirements
Degree or Post Graduate degree in Business Management or health related field
Minimum 4 years customer service experience and 2 years in managerial position
Healthcare experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Dhivehi
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in cordial relationship with diverse culture and nationalities
Job Specification
Responsible for the management and day to day operations of Guest Services
Ensure that high levels of guest satisfaction is maintained at every opportunity and to provide opportunities for regular feedback including the implementation of guest surveys
Investigate and responds to Guest requests and complaints
Develop and implement KPIs for the department and individual staff in Guest Services
Works with respective heads of clinical services to ensure Doctors rosters are updated in hospital software system and booking are available
Ensure correct billing and reconciliation of services
Coordinates compilation of the capital and operational budgets of the department
Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention including interpretation and administration of hospital policy and work rules related to front office and Guest Services functions
Coordinate with Business Development in setting health marketing strategies
