Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assign deals to designated individuals within the sales team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers to showcase our products or services and address their needs.
Handle support calls, meticulously documenting interactions and resolutions to provide excellent customer service.
Actively participate in scheduled online meetings to contribute to sales strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer emails, providing necessary information or assistance to address inquiries or concerns.
Achieve and exceed predetermined sales targets by closing multiple leads monthly.
Guide and mentor the sales team, providing essential training to enhance their performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Business or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Sales field.
Proven track record as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
Comprehensive understanding of online sales techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Dhivehi.
Ability to empathize with customers and tailor sales approaches to meet their needs.
Strong analytical skills to track and interpret sales data effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Quick learner with proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
