We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and assertive Maldivian for the post of Employee Relations Officer at Alia Construction (Pvt) Ltd. The ER Officer will be required to assist Employee Relations Manager in maintaining positive employee relations and fostering a productive and harmonious work environment within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing employee grievances and ensure fair application of policies
  • Help mediate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts
  • Assist in managing employee transfer between sites
  • Ensure compliance with company laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Management to address performance-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and records.
  • Other works that may be necessary
