Job Description

                                              Dive Center Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to manage a successful Dive, Excursions and Water Sports Operation on a 5 Star Luxury Resort in the Maldives. The position is for a single person only and is available from April 2021. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead a very experienced team and be in charge of all the daily tasks of the operation such as, but not limited to, liaising with the resort Management; operation scheduling, procurement, maintenance, accountancy, business development and organization while following Company objectives and vision.       

 

You should be:

 

• Fluent in English and at least one more language (not a must but preferable)
• An experienced dive instructor with 7 years of work in the dive industry
• Experienced in a similar Management position for at least two years
• Flexible, proactive, self-motivated with excellent team work
• Able to happily work and live in a stressful environment
• Able to work independently following Company Objectives and Guidelines
• Revenue and goals orientated
• Great communicator with leadership skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Problem solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with different cultures and nationalities
• Computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• No visible tattoo’s or piercings when wearing short and t-shirt
• Maldives experience is a plus but not a must
• Preferable non smoker
• Able to provide 3 positive references from previous Employers
