Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across all sites.
• Ensure consistent service standards, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and quality assurance programs.
• Provide regular operational and risk reports to senior management.
• Support strategic planning, tender responses, and major proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior operational leadership experience in security or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and risk management.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-site operations.
