Job Summary

Jiaz Maldives Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maldivian Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.



Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.

• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.

• Prepare daily site reports and update project management on progress.

• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality.

• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients.

• Monitor labour productivity and maintain site discipline.

• Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Maldivian national.

• Previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word and Excel) is an advantage.

• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
