We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for all security operations. This role ensures service excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across all sites.
- Ensure consistent service standards, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and quality assurance programs.
- Provide regular operational and risk reports to senior management.
- Support strategic planning, tender responses, and major proposals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of senior operational leadership experience in security or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and risk management.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-site operations.
