ވަޒީފާގެ ތަފްޞީލު
  • Responsible for providing Clinical, Managerial and Educational Resources necessary for the provision of Excellence in Nursing Services in accordance with established professional standards and overall mission of the
  • Maintain compliance with nursing practices, infection control practices as established and adopted by the hospital in line with JCI standards
  • Responsible for a planned systematic approach to provide patient centered care in the Wards, Outpatient Department, OT, Day Care Surgery, ICU, Endoscopy and Haemodialysis units
  • Ensure high quality nursing care
  • Achieve the successful implementation of policies and procedure to ensure agreed standards of care are practiced in relation to statutory requirement
  • Plan staffing and Bed Projection in accordance with the Business Plan and Expansion Programs
  • Reviews and maintains the annual budget to ensure that financial targets and departmental action plans are met in line with the hospital’s business plans and visions
