Key Roles and Responsibilities

Represent the school in meetings and forums as required.
Develop, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum through coordinators.
Review and adjust the curriculum in collaboration with relevant boards.
Supervise school activities to ensure alignment with curricular goals.
Manage the selection of educational materials and assessment tools.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance achievement.
Ensure staff alignment with academic policies and best practices.
Collaborate with the Principal and staff to develop strategies and policies.
Review staff performance, conduct workshops, and facilitate professional development.
Oversee timetabling and admissions procedures.
Coordinate extracurricular classes and Parent-Teacher Meetings.
Facilitate communication between teachers and the Principal.
Ensure effective dissemination of information and oversee school operations.
