Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing exemplary service.
Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chat interactions promptly and courteously.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

O' Level / A' Level or equivalent qualification in any related discipline.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Dhivehi to facilitate effective communication with customers.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and appearance.
Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong desire to achieve results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage customer interactions and documentation.
