Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Client Services Unit team. As a CSU team member, you will play a pivotal role in dealing with the customers and making decisions in alignment with company guidelines and objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and conduct door-to-door direct marketing activities for retail range of products. This includes brochure distribution and door-to-door activities.
  • Respond to hotline inquiries to solve the issues raised by the customers
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Attend to the live chat and solve the issues raised by the customers.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • O level / A level
  • Experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage

REMUNERATION

  • Salary MVR 7000 - 8000
