General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy / Speech Therapy / Occupational Therapy
  • Registered Professional at a licensing authority
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills

 

Job Specification

  • Responsible for planning and operational running of the rehabilitative services
  • Perform clinical duties
  • Plans departmental business goals as well as operational and capital budgets
  • Establish policies and procedures for the department
  • Review customer satisfaction data and implement any work flow or service delivery changes
  • Establish an adequate stock inventory system
  • Maintenance of all equipment and monitor equipment utilization in the department
  • Responsible for the management of the human resources of the department
  • Responsible for the development of proper training for staff
  • Performs other related tasks and duties as may be assigned
