What you should have:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar supervisory role.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients & procedure. Bonus points will be awarded to applicants with Multi -Cuisine experience.
- Knowledge and ability to produce a wide variety of food preparations and food presentation skills.
- Diploma in Culinary science or related would be a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of best and latest cooking practices.
- Team player with a positive “can do attitude”.
Remuneration: MVR 15,000 + Service Charge
