Job Description

Unleash your culinary passion at our exclusive Premium Lounge! We're searching for a talented CHEF DE PARTIE to craft mouthwatering dishes for our members-only haven, delivering exquisite food that surpasses expectations.

What you should have:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar supervisory role.
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients & procedure. Bonus points will be awarded to applicants with Multi -Cuisine experience.
• Knowledge and ability to produce a wide variety of food preparations and food presentation skills.
• Diploma in Culinary science or related would be a bonus.
• Ability to multitask and to work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of best and latest cooking practices.
• Team player with a positive “can do attitude”.

Remuneration: MVR 15,000 + Service Charge
