Job Description

1. Operating the cash register and making sales
2. Maintain daily sales transactions including sales, cancelled sales receipts and invoices related to those.
3. Ensure the product racks are always stacked.
4. Attend phone calls.
5. Attend customer complaints, resolve customer complaints, pass unresolved issues to the relevant departments, guide them and provide relevant information.
6. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
