General Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in General Studies and Supply Chain Management
• 3 -5 years’ experience in related field with supervisory role
• Any certificate level training program in stores/supply chain management
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

 

Job Specification

• Process goods reorder purchase requisition as per stock balance and guidelines.
• Receive goods from vendors/suppliers with proper details as per purchase order, delivery note and invoice to avoid goods receiving error.
• Thorough checking of product of expiry, batch, product reference code, quantity and company name.
• Arrange goods as per movement assigned by the store management with proper details.
• Distribute goods to all hospital departments, sub-stores and warehouse with proper handling & delivery.
• Check hospital information system (software) stock count vs. physical stock count as per requirement of the hospital for any variance and discrepancy.
• Other tasks assigned by the Management
