Job Description

• Training Needs Analysis:

  Assist in identifying training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and discussions with managers, says Justjob.co.in. 

   
• Program Design and Development:

  Support the design and development of training materials and programs, including online modules, workshops, and on-the-job training. 

   
• Logistical Support:

  Manage scheduling, venue bookings, and other logistical arrangements for training events. 

   
• Training Delivery:

  May assist in delivering training sessions or leading smaller training activities. 

   
• Program Evaluation:

  Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, collecting data, and providing feedback. 

   
• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and performance. 

   
• Communication and Collaboration:

  Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet their needs. 

   
• Resource Management:

  Help manage training budgets, resources, and technology to ensure effective and efficient training delivery. 

   
• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay up-to-date on best practices in training and development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the training functio
