Experience with software application, design and implementation
Experience in developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure system and software components
Experience with configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms
Excellent software troubleshooting experience
Competence in performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to present new ideas
Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong customer service orientation
