  • Diploma in equivalent field
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Experience in related field
  • Hardworking with the capacity to work long and odd hours

 

Job Specification

  • Provide software Application Support under the supervision of the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader
  • Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Provide and plan training to new users on how to use new software or technology tools
  • Participating in the design, implementation, and support of new technology projects within TTH
  • Consult with the software development and operational team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalate serious concerns to the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader.
  • Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
  • Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
