Diploma in ACCA/ Degree in Accounting or other equivalent qualification
Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in relevant area
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel)

Job Specification
Carry out day-to-day operations of Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting
Accurate and timely recording of transactions – Bookkeeping
Assist to develop, implement, and maintain system, procedures and policies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Keep track of payments relating to fixed asset acquisition and maintenance of the company
Keep track of the contracts and agreements related to fixed assets of the company
Keep track of funds and prepare daily/monthly fund summary
Verification and posting of transactions
Establish, maintain, and reconcile general ledger
Carry out month end and year-end procedures
Maintain and update records and information in the accounting system and carry out system reconciliation
Assist to prepare analysis, interpret, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and information
Assist in preparing financial budget, reports as required
Assist with the annual audit
Maintain financial files and records
Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD from time to time
