This program is specifically for fishermen who are actively working in a fishing vessel. 
Active divers or fishermen who are interested to be a diver can apply for this program. Under this 
program fishermen will have to complete PSS 6 courses; open water diver, advance open water
diver, first aid & CPR, scuba rescue diver, oxygen provider and deep diver.
