As a member of the F&B Service Department he/she shall be responsible for preparing dining room, including all necessary mise-en-place for service; serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort.
Ability to communicate fluently in both Verbal and Written English.
Ability to work extended hours when necessary. .
To clean agreed designated stations areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements.
Ensuring guest expectations are met and exceed in every interaction.
To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner .
Carrying out any other duties as directed by your Manager or Supervisor .
Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation. .
