We have an excellent career opportunity for someone wanting to start their Accounts and Financecareer.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing claims and refunds
• Working on collecting overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

Key selection criteria

• Experience: Equivalent to at least two years of financial record-keeping experience.
• Education: Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.

Specialized skills:

• Ability to review financial documents for accuracy, completeness, validity and adherence to standards; compute and post numbers rapidly and accurately; maintain files and records; identify, trace and correct errors; follow directions, establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; exercise tact, courtesy, alertness and good judgment in responding to others; read and write English at a level appropriate to the position
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or a similar large ERP system) and document imaging and workflow for invoice processing.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position. Starting salary is expected to be between MVR 10,000 to MVR 13,000
