We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to work at AMINA Premium Lounge as a TELEPHONE OPERATOR

(Post is open only for MALDIVIAN NATIONALS)

Competencies:

Minimum GCE O/L
Work experience in a similar role is not a must but would be a bonus
Customer service-oriented, good communication skills especially in Dhivehi & English language.
Self-motivated, with high attention to detail.
Outgoing personality.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving incoming calls in an efficient and effective manner.
Informing customers about days specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders.
Delegating the orders to required departments and ensuring that orders are delivered to customers on time.
Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
Communicate customer feedback to managers.

Remuneration: MVR 5,000+/ Month + Attendance Allowance + Service Charge
