Position: Technical Support Officer

Job Summary
The primary role of the Technical Support Officer is to adeptly diagnose and resolve technical problems faced by our customers, ensuring seamless system operations, and delivering top-notch assistance to users. Successful utilization of strong communication and analytical skills will be required to provide comprehensive technical support and to contribute to overall user contentment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical guidance and advice to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers post-sale, providing prompt and effective technical support to address their technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.

Conduct training sessions or provide documentation to help customers understand and use our products/services effectively.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer interactions, product demonstrations, and presentations.

Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' technical requirements and identify solutions aligning with their needs.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers through clear and persuasive technical presentations.

Offer technical assistance and support to all company operations, including stores, warehouses, and office staff, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking. Familiarity with operating systems, troubleshooting techniques, and remote support tools.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and colleagues effectively.

Customer Service Orientation: A customer-centric approach, patience, and empathy when dealing with end-users' technical concerns.
