Job Description

Position: Support Technician

Job Summary
The primary role of the Support Technician is to adeptly diagnose and resolve technical problems faced by our customers, ensuring seamless system operations, and delivering top-notch assistance to users. Successful utilization of strong communication and analytical skills will be required to provide comprehensive technical support and to contribute to overall user contentment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance and advice to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

- Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers post-sale, providing prompt and effective technical support to address their technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.

- Conduct training sessions or provide documentation to help customers understand and use our products/services effectively.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer interactions, product demonstrations, and presentations.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' technical requirements and identify solutions aligning with their needs.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers through clear and persuasive technical presentations.

- Offer technical assistance and support to all company operations, including stores, warehouses, and office staff, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking. Familiarity with operating systems, troubleshooting techniques, and remote support tools.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and colleagues effectively.

- Customer Service Orientation: A customer-centric approach, patience, and empathy when dealing with end-users' technical concerns.
