Systems Implementor & Administrator (2) – Cards & Payment Systems / Technology Department

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to implement and administer digital banking solutions and payment card systems, and coordinate projects related to these systems.

Job Scope

As a Systems Implementor & Administrator, you are responsible for implementing digital banking solutions and payment card systems that align with the overall business objectives of the Bank. You will also be required to coordinate digital banking and payment card-related projects, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. In addition, you will be required to work with external vendors and internal departments to aid in preparing business requirement specifications and finalizing the functional requirements.

Requirements

• Implement digital banking solutions, payment card systems and infrastructure, including card production and personalization systems, issuance systems, as well as payment card acceptance systems, ATMs and POS terminals.
• Administer and manage the Card Management System, ATM, POS, card personalization systems, Cardholder Data Environment and related infrastructure and lead changes for various business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Card Management System and infrastructure by collaborating with internal teams and technology vendors.
• Coordinate projects related to digital banking, payment card schemes, ATMs, POS and related systems.
• Install and configure new ATM and POS systems.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect ATM and POS systems from unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Monitor and maintain ATM and POS systems (including hardware and software systems, as well as network infrastructure and security) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct technical assessments on new procurements related to payment card schemes, HSMs, card personalization systems, ATM, POS and other related hardware and software.
• Provide training on new system implementations, business enhancement requests and compliance requirements.
• Manage HSMs to lead the changes required to keep the security aspects of key exchange protocols and mechanisms.
• Implement and maintain payment card security standards and protocols, such as PCI-DSS, to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital banking solutions that meet the needs of customers and drive growth for the Bank.
• Provide systems data to identify opportunities for new digital banking products and services.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to stay informed of the latest digital banking and payment cards trends and best practices.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking and payment card systems.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of payment card systems and infrastructure, including card production and personalization systems, issuance and acceptance systems, ATMs, POS and related systems.
• Proven experience in project management and vendor management.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and other industry regulations related to payment card systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with direct reports, senior management, and other departments.
• Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field.
