Hubits is hiring a Support Officer to join our client support team. This is a junior, entry-level
role — full training provided, no certifications required.

About the Role
When clients (restaurants and shops using our software) report a technical issue, you’ll be
their first point of contact — visiting sites in person to troubleshoot and resolve problems on
the ground.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to client support requests and visit restaurant/shop sites to resolve issues
- Provide basic IT and hardware troubleshooting, with guidance from our team
- Be the friendly face of Hubits support — confident, calm, and clear with clients under
pressure.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid motorcycle/scooter license — required, the role involves site visits by scooter
- Basic IT familiarity — comfortable with computers, phones, and general troubleshooting
- Confident, friendly communication
- No formal certifications necessary — we’ll train you

Working Pattern
- 6 days a week, 1 day off
- On-call hours as per shift scheduling

Salary
MVR 7,000/month
