SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, SERVICE DESK (1) / TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

Job Scope

The Support Administrator, Service Desk is responsible for answering support calls and emails from staff regarding various request to IT. Provides first level support to troubleshoot, identify, resolve, report computer, systems and network issues and schedule service calls to other technical staff in IT department. Responds to Service Desk tickets and escalates to other technical staff in IT department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR,
  • Diploma in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
  • Fluency in Oral and Written Communication
  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Reasonable knowledge and work experience in Islamic Banking and Finance or Banking will be an added advantage.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills with ability to Lead, Monitor and Manage staff.
