SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, CBS & APPLICATION SUPPORT (1) / TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

Job Scope

Provide first level support for application systems, troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues. Manage internal customer inquiries of application systems and escalate to L2 or external support parties for resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR,
  • Diploma in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
  • Fluency in Oral and Written Communication
  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Reasonable knowledge and work experience in Islamic Banking and Finance or Banking will be an added advantage.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills with ability to Lead, Monitor and Manage staff.
