Oversee and manage daily operations of a Vilunü facility in a resort.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their fragrance preferences, and guiding them in creating personalized scents.
Coordinate and manage experience sessions at the studio.
Manage guest bookings and manage session setups.
Assist with marketing the experiences and products offered by the studio.
Work towards meeting sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, new fragrances, and customer preferences.
Manage the retail space.
Other tasks required by the facility.
Qualifications:
Secondary education, diploma or higher in a related field or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrates strong initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
